Growing up, my family listened to a lot of Prairie Home Companion. Come for the irreplaceable Midwestern sense of humor, stay for Tom Keith, the show’s truly awesome one-man sound effects factory (pictured above). Anyway, I’ve been reading some archived scripts to relive those, the hippest nights of my youth, and it’s helped pass the morning nicely.
